A local worker plies his trade on a Buddleia - Butterfly Bush. My work proceeds less smoothly. In the process of rebuilding the engine in my pickup and starting a new site on which to peddle photographs, it seems I must move, a somewhat halting operation due to various creaks in the personal infrastructure and a financial situation resembling one of those "tab B must go into slot Y2 prior to folding wing C" Christmas morning projects.
I am also finding it difficult to manage the rage engendered by much of the past two month's news on various topics. I have drafted posts that surely would bring the FBI down on my head (and hard drives) if posted. These can mostly be summed up by my banner text. No matter. I shall return.
Meanwhile, many thanks to those few, those happy few, in particular Sissy Willis and Rosemary who have deigned to visit whilst I have been AWOL.
More immediately, Hossanahs and relief at the safe return of Beth and Sydney the soul of the South, and kudos to Mad Dog Vinnie and all of those good folks who kept Beth's site afloat and current. And, unlike a certain tennis hero, Beth definitely has her mojo working.
